Aluminum is a soft silver colored metal commonly used for trophy and plaque plates. It can be rotary or diamond drag engraved, laser engraved, sublimated, screen printed, or used with most direct printing systems. We offer several types of aluminum products - coated aluminum, sublimation aluminum, anodized aluminum, marble aluminum, and laser aluminum. Thicknesses available from .020" to .125".

Coated Aluminum
Coated aluminum is available with two types of finishes - transparent and opaque. Transparent finishes are created by coating bright or satin finished aluminum with a clear or tinted lacquer. Opaque finishes are created by rolling a solid color over raw aluminum. Opaque colors do not have a lacquer finish. Satin and bright styles can be laser engraved to either satin or bright substrate. The satin and bright finishes can also be sublimated. This material is not suitable for outdoor use.

DynaSub® Aluminum
DynaSub® aluminum was specifically designed with sublimation in mind. The special coating on the DynaSub® aluminum allows for beautiful four color process sublimation. This material is not suitable for outdoor use.

LaserSub® Silver Aluminum
LaserSub® Silver allows the capability to sublimate on a specially coated (DynaSub®) white surface and laser through the colored image to a bright silver finish. This material is not suitable for outdoor use.

Laser Aluminum
Laser aluminum starts as a bright silver substrate with an opaque paint coating applied to the top. We offer two types of laser aluminum - one series will laser engrave to a bright silver and the other will laser engrave to gold. This material is not suitable for outdoor use.

Laser It Aluminum
Designed specially for laser engraving, Laser It allows you to laser engrave beautiful black images on gold, silver, or white aluminum. In addition, we also offer a black aluminum that will laser engrave to white. All Laser It materials can be engraved using standard power and speed settings. This material is not suitable for outdoor use.

Anodized Aluminum
Anodized aluminum is created through an electrochemical process which allows the color to penetrate the pores of the aluminum, resulting in an actual change in the color of the aluminum on the surface of the substrate. The advantages of anodized aluminum are: harder more abrasive resistant surface, increased natural resistance to corrosion, more durability. Most anodized aluminums are colored on both sides. Anodized aluminum is not recommended for sublimation. Our anodized aluminum is typically used in decorative applications and is not suitable for outdoor use with the exception of the silver finish.

Marble Aluminum
Marble aluminum is available in two different patterns, Classic or Standard, and has a polished silver base. Marble aluminum can be decorated by laser, diamond drag, or rotary engraving - end result will produce silver text and detail. This material is not suitable for outdoor use.

Double Sided Aluminum
Our double sided aluminum has a coating and protective masking on both sides. The satin silver and gloss white aluminum can be sublimated on two sides. This material is not suitable for outdoor use.

AlumaMark®
AlumaMark® was designed specifically for laser engraving. When laser engraved, AlumaMark® will produce black text and detail. Note – AlumaMark® sheets are 12” x 20”. This material is not suitable for outdoor use.
